「Easy check in. Very helpful reception staff. Room was clean and well maintained. The only downer was the restaurant, where the service was a bit on the slow side. We intended to have a sweet, but after waiting for the dessert menu for 20 minutes, we called it a day and asked for the bill instead. Food we had was good though.」

「Alles war sehr gut - den Abzug gibt es, weil 2x das Wasser ausgefallen ist - wegen Arbeiten. Was ja in Ordnung ist, wenn man entsprechend informiert wird. An den tagen vorher hieß es nur, dass das Fitness und der Pool nicht offen sind. Das das komplette Wasser abgestellt wurde im ganzen Haus leider nicht. Trotzdem ein sehr sauberes Haus mit freundlichem Personal. Würde ich jederzeit nochmals buchen. Liegt ein bisschen außerhalb, aber die Busanbindung ist gut und man kann auch in die Innenstadt...

「Lovely place to stay, the lodges are separate to the castle. Short walk to the main castle And beside the restaurants. Room was spacious and the bed was big. The TV system /channels and remote not very good though. We did the small spa, which was lovely. 25 per person for an hour. Breakfast was in the castle for us as we stayed in Feb, otherwise I think the lodges are in hermiones restaurant. The breakfast was lovely. 」

「Leisure centre was great! And the food choices were brilliant, catered really well for non dairy and gluten free diet for dinner and breakfast. The staff could not be nicer! An issue arose while dining in the bar but it was quickly resolved. Warra ts a return visit. My only gripe is the carpet in the bedroom, looks like someone spilt bleach in different spots. And no need for the brown throw」
