「Lovely place to stay, the lodges are separate to the castle. Short walk to the main castle And beside the restaurants. Room was spacious and the bed was big. The TV system /channels and remote not very good though. We did the small spa, which was lovely. 25 per person for an hour. Breakfast was in the castle for us as we stayed in Feb, otherwise I think the lodges are in hermiones restaurant. The breakfast was lovely. 」

「Beautiful property although out of the way. Big portions on bar food and reasonably priced. Only couple of downsides. No cappuccinos at breakfast as like to start day with one and ac not working and had to bring in our own. Definitely work a return visit.」

「Easy check in. Very helpful reception staff. Room was clean and well maintained. The only downer was the restaurant, where the service was a bit on the slow side. We intended to have a sweet, but after waiting for the dessert menu for 20 minutes, we called it a day and asked for the bill instead. Food we had was good though.」

「there is no dropped kerb between the disabled parking spaces and the hotel entrance.One wheelchair visitor struggled to climb the high kerb to enter the hotel. Dropped kerbs are to be found in the shopping area spaces but these are not obvious from the hotel carpark.」

「I wonderful stay at a beautiful B and B. Incredible views and a fantastic breakfast. The owner was a deli lady who we enjoyed visiting with. Highly recommend a visit.」

「Leisure centre was great! And the food choices were brilliant, catered really well for non dairy and gluten free diet for dinner and breakfast. The staff could not be nicer! An issue arose while dining in the bar but it was quickly resolved. Warra ts a return visit. My only gripe is the carpet in the bedroom, looks like someone spilt bleach in different spots. And no need for the brown throw」

「check in very slowly.The hotel server people said“3 o'clock”，But I didn't have one room until 3 o'clock. The room's lamp was bad.and haven't hairdryer，haven't heating pipe.I called servers thrice,They didn't solve any problems.I don't know why four star.入住办理很慢，说三点有房结果到点依旧没房，房间的灯是坏的，没有吹风机，暖气也是坏的，打了客服中心三次电话，没人过来解决任何问题，不知道哪来的四星」
