"Ended up staying at The Fairmont after the other property that I’d booked wouldn’t allow me to change the number of days we were staying (had to change our trip from 7 to 5 nights due to scheduling conflicts) and instead that I cancel and re-book. I chose not to re-book with previously booked property and instead chose The Fairmont. Room was nice, service was good and everyone was friendly and attentive. Very pleased and would recommend "

"The property and pools were amazing. Pool service was wonderful at both of the pools we used (there were at least 3 pools). We dined at the Kapa Pool Grill and enjoyed the mahi-mahi while watching the sun set. The gym was first class. There is an on-site Lauau that we have gone to several times and highly recommend.
