「Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels).」

「Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets. Overall the 3 bedroom...

「unexpectedly, my family was given a room with balcony with can see the sunrise and Mt Kinabalu. My children are very happy with playground and photo-taking stations. Me & my wife are overwhelmed and very satisfied with the delicious and abundant FOC breakfast」

「早く着いたら、早くチェックインさせてくれた。 部屋はまぁまぁ。3つ星レベル。窓からの眺めは良い。 ベッドは硬く、Wi-Fiは遅め。TVはスマートTVではない。プールがあり、そこからの眺めは良い。 朝食ビュッフェはRM21.2。朝食は種類がとても少なく、味も美味しくない。サラダもないし、egg stationも無い。 近くのibisの朝食ビュッフェは、３倍くらい種類が豊富で、RM20。朝食はibisの方が良い。」
