The receptionist was very rude, will watching a movie the tv shut off had to wait till the next day when someone was at the desk. After explaining that my tv didn't work she told me I didn't know how to work a remote,they sent maintenance up to check and amazing they replaced the tv. It was definitely overpriced and outdated Never stay there again.

Loved the location central to everything and parking. Bathroom was small and cramped. Lighting was terrible and 1 little mirror. Exhaust fan was loud and couldn't be shut off without turning off light. Everything else was good and I would stay here again because of the location and price.

Stayed here for 4 nights while in Key West, good position and most places were easily walkable, only downside was it's in the popular end of Duval street so it was noisy until the early hours

Very old property but clean and in a Great Location. Steep steps and don’t plan on using the tiny pool with only 2 chairs available. I would stay again just because of the location.

Excellent location! Just off Duval Street with so many options for shoppin, drinks and great Cuban food. The two beds in a room, which i believe are few here, meant the bathroom door was immediately beside one bed (i could sit on the side of the bed and my feet were in the bathroom), which was odd. Not a lot of bathroom space and shower tiles needed a thorough cleaning. Pool area was not clean - ketchup stains (I hope) were on the one table all 4 nights of my stay. The rooftop pool looked nice - larger than expected. No ice machine near the pool, as another guest loudly complained about to me, should be noted. Local live entertainment means significant noise levels until midnight, or so - recommend ear plugs for light sleepers. I would definitely stay here again, but only if i couldn't find a better price nearby (boat race nights, prices doubled - over $600/night).

I paid almost $500 for a minimum room. The air conditioning was very old and made a terrible noise during the night. The room was not cleaned properly, the bathroom was filled with glitter from the previous occupant. Breakfast is non-existence. The coffee was undrinkable. The receptionist during the day was not very friendly. I was charged $200 in advance as security and when I left, I was not given any receipt confirming the room was returned in the same condition and that my money would be returned. Let's hope I get it back.
