Nice hotel, but a bit pricey. You’re paying for its location in the heart of Duval St. It took a while for the water in the shower to get hot and the water pressure was low, and we were told “that’s how it is in Key West.” The continental breakfast (included) is just OK.

Booked this property for it's location which is excellent. It's in the middle of Duval st. which is perfect. Some aspects of the building and room were just older and was renovated a while ago and not really what we are used to staying in. But we paid for location which was also expensive for what the facility and rooms are.

Very old property but clean and in a Great Location. Steep steps and don’t plan on using the tiny pool with only 2 chairs available. I would stay again just because of the location.

Loved the location central to everything and parking. Bathroom was small and cramped. Lighting was terrible and 1 little mirror. Exhaust fan was loud and couldn't be shut off without turning off light. Everything else was good and I would stay here again because of the location and price.

Last minute Halloween getaway. Location is fantastic. Was worried about noise but our room was back off Duval and on the interior so noise was quite tolerable w AC running for white noise. Clean and basic. Included bfast is basic. Pool w jacuzzi is on second floor. Nice option to have but was basic and small. Price was ok too comparatively.
