"This was by far the cleanest property i have ever stayed at. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant. We tried the locally grown harvest dinner and it did not disappoint! We did not stay long enough to use the spa. 5 minute drive from the airport. "

"Gerl Hotel is a place not only to sleep while travelling but to spend time in the hotel as well. It has a great resturant and the breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of dishes. Shame the main spa (which is spectacular) opens only at 11:00 and closes at 20:00. "

"The property was very clean and upscale. They had a breakfast option (we didn’t use) but that looked wonderful with a good selection of fresh food items. Drinks were served downstairs near reception and it was a very comfortable and cozy environment with different seating areas with a variety of options. The receptionists were helpful, fluent in English and German, and very professional. "

"Villa Verde is a very nice, modern and clean B&B. The B&B is located in a quiet part of Salzburg. The accommodation has a spacious parking lot on its grounds. We had grapes and water in the room as a welcome gift. We were very pleased with that. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a sufficient number of towels. "Loved our room with the separate living space with a couch and chair. Beautiful view from the 4th floor. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have the shutters to close at night. Paid $18EU/person to have breakfast included which consisted of some hot food(eggs, sausage and bacon) as well as cold meats, cheeses, granola. Walk to downtown was approximately 25 minutes but bus service nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was convenient for walking to all major attractions. It also is easy to take public transportation. The staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfasts were very good. The restaurant was awesome for dinner. We are going to book this hotel for next years visit."

"We reached the hotel well before our check in time but were able to get our room early. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything we had to see was walkable, including the train station, tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. I would recommend the hotel to any visitors to Salzburg."

"We had a great time staying at Trend Salzburg. We were able to check in very early because we took an early train overnight and arrived early. We were very impressed that we could check in and have a shower and freshen up before we started the day. Staff were very friendly."

"Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. The classic decoration and the old Austrian style was impressive but at the same time you could easily identify how well maintained this hotel is up to detail. The room was beautiful, spotless and big enough. We had breakfast pre booked and it had great selection of breakfast including freshly baked Austrian Christmas cookies. The Christmas dinner was up to Michelin star level! Super delicious. The staff were so friendly but also very professional and I can’t comment enough the person that cleaned our room as for two nights they even polished the bath and cleaned behind the bed and that explains how spotless the hotel was. Diana and Doti at the breakfast made us feel so warm on Christmas like we were with family! The swimming pool was warm enough and also very clean. The windows around the pool offer beautiful views! There was play area that our little one enjoyed as there is plenty of space and activities and games to keep kids busy. Our son was also offered a sledge to ride as it had quite a lot of snow when we visited. The location is a plus also. The only thing negative for us was that on Christmas Day we would expect a bit more festive atmosphere at the dinner. "
