"I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any request, making my stay seamless. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. "I love the character of old hotels and this one did not disappoint. Pros: we had hot water for showers, plenty of towels, a comfortable bed, two onsite restaurants to choose from, and two complimentary bottles of water in our room. We called for room service one night; they were friendly and fast. The food was excellent and the portion sizes were more than generous. I ordered the hummus and the tacos, both appetizers, and I had enough food to feed 4 people! My husband ordered the club sandwich and he, too, could have fed 4 people with the size sandwich and amount fries he got. Cons: the temperature could not be set. It was either heat or nothing. Spend the extra money if you want a room with a view or you’ll be disappointed looking out your window. We would definitely recommend this hotel. "
