"Their was no AC and a heater that they couldnt turn off that made the room soo hot you barely stand to be in there and when we were trying to figure out how to shut off the heater a swarm of cockroaches came out of the floor and went up the walls. I had never seen something like that! For being on the 4th floor we also felt that it was a hazard that one of our windows could open up completely and had no screen or anything and was just soo close to the bed it felt like someone could fall out. "Great staff and charm. It is an older hotel, and has been well-kept and the old charm is still intact. B/W tile in the bathrooms and DEEP soaking tubs are a highlight. Love that the windows open to allow for air to circulate. Lots if nice little touches that will encourage you to come back. "
