The property looks nothing like the pictures more like 20 year old. The most important factor is safety. They still use key type lock and the lock don't seem to be strong and secure. The door is flimsy and poor too.

The location is convenient. Walking distance to sightseeing points and very near to the bus station , train station and cruise terminal. Near the night market and many restaurants near by.

基隆市政府からすぐ近くに位置するホテルです。 建物は少々古く、また部屋の防音が貧弱なため外の音がかなり聞こえてしまいます。 （滞在中に窓が空いてるのではないかと数回確認してしまいました） 立地に関しては基隆駅からは少し離れているため不便に感じますが、バスで来る場合基隆市政府止まりを選ぶとかなり便利に来ることが出来ます。基隆廟口夜市が非常に近く、他にも回りに飲食店や基隆塔があり便利に過ごすことが出来ます。 宿泊費はお手軽ですが、その分弱い点（防音・建物の作りなど）もあります。その辺りをしっかり理解したうえで選ばれれば満足できるかと思います

部屋が広く立地が良いことが最大の魅力ですが、建物の古さが目立ちます。 古いホテルによくありがちな洗濯はして普通にきれいなのですが使い込んで腰のないタオル類、バスタブは広くお湯のでもよいがシャワーカーテンがなくシャワーが飛び散るので気兼ねしながらのシャワー、トイレットペーパーを流すのはＮＧ、トイレのフロア取付部からの微かではあるが排水の漏れなど、不満点に目をつぶる寛容さがないと、ここへの宿泊はおすすめできません。 立地とコスト重視の人向けのホテルです。
