"Excellent location walking distance to many things. Large lobby lots of polite, kind helpful people working at this hotel. Our room was spacious enough with good toiletries. Bathroom a little strange in that it was made of glass and you could see through with the doorway. Nice blackout curtains television Safe kettle to make coffee or tea. Storage paste not great but I guess sufficient. Hairdryer OK good shower. Bed is comfy on the little side and the linens are great. "

"While obviously it’s a great hotel and the best of the best, one problem did occur. While most would think it’s trivial, to me it was very frustrating. As a deaf person, and for what I paid for one of the best rooms in the hotel, I wasn’t able to relax and watch a movie with English closed captioning. The TV wouldn’t allow it. The staff even tried to fix it. I would expect more from a hotel if that level. They didn’t accommodate someone who is deaf. Not even at check in. But the room, wow! I got to watch the light show from room! "
