"Very friendly and helpful staff. Access to restaurants and bars. Family oriented with happenings for kids. Good pool areas for both kids and grownups with a small waterpark/play area in two of the pools and a bar in another. Watertoys to use for the kids. Good food and drinks. The hill to and from the hotel isn’t too bad. It’s quite short and looks worse than it is. You can use the hotels buses to and from the Kata beach for free. I think they leave every twenty minutes. We would stay here...

"This place was amazing! The lobby and the room were so beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They knew we would miss breakfast one day, so they made us breakfast boxes to go. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options. We also ordered dinner twice from the hotel restaurant and both times they were so delicious. I will recommend this place to everyone! "

"The swim up pool was great, but whole kata area is really crowded and you need to get through busy street to get to the beach. As cleanness goes Kids Club was quite dirty and baby chair saw better time so paint was peeling off. Otherwise room and pools were nice and clean. One another issue was door to pool did not close properly and was probably open for long before we came since when we arrived room was already full of mosquitoes "

"One of the nicest places I’ve stayed! Staff were so friendly and always loved helping guests. Rooms were cleaned daily, very thorough clean. You can literally walk down the street and you’re at the beach, there are also mini marts outside the resort which is very convenient! Highly recommend staying here. "

"The staff where lovely and really made the place. My first night happened to be my birthday, i hadnt told anyone but they noticed in my passport and brought me a cake and sang me happy birthday. I thought it was a really nice touch. The place was always clean and nothing bad to say. Would recommend. "

"Great value for money. Location very good just 5 mins walk to beach. Plenty of restaurants in close walking distance. The restaurant at front of hotel was superb. Packed every night and very reasonable prices. Only negative comment is they have a pool bar but obviously never used. Staff were very friendly and the room we had - deluxe pool view was newly renovated and the important thing, the bed was very comfortable."

"Excellent hotel. Great location and friendly staff. This is a pretty new hotel so a little bit of construction going on, nothing to impede your stay. The pool was inundated with influencers taking photos from morning til night which was frustrating, if you can ignore their lack of respect for anyone but themselves it’s won’t be an issue. "

"The property was very quiet even though it is on a main street. However it is set a long way back so in our room there was no traffic noise. Breakfast offered a good selection of foods but some different cereal would have been nice not just the same 2 choice every day. The breakfast room was VERY HOT. There was no a/c and sometimes the fans were not on. Our room was very clean and modern with quite a large bathroom with a bath and walk in shower ie no glass door which was great. We had to...

"Stayed 3 nights in a grand deluxe twin room. The room was very spacious even with two twin beds and a lounge with coffee table. Rooms felt very clean and well vacuumed before my check in. Location was excellent - access to Kata beach was very close by the hotel and there are many restaurants within walking distance. All the staff were just lovely. Had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Phuket again"

"We had a great stay at the Sis Kata! The property is beautiful and in a great location! Staff, breakfast, and facilities were top notch as well. One thing to note is that we did hear a lot of street noise from inside our room, which kept us up at times, but I think that was likely due to the location of our room and hopefully is not an issue for most guests. Either way, would highly recommend!"

"This was not my first stay in this hotel. Every time I am in Phuket I spend couple of days in this hotel. Friendly staff, nothing is any problem, great location close to the Southern part of Kata beach, shops, restaurants, everything you need is nearby. I will come back again."
