Friendly staff, new with almost complete amenities for family needs. Could have looked into the broken elevator situation faster during this peak tourist season with a better SOP and pre-planning work. Worth a stay for its gd location. If you stay in the top few floors the fantastic view of KL and the mountains is rewarding.

Firstly, there is no proper counter or contact person upon check in. No microwave, No proper cooking utensils. Aircon water leaked in master room. Even placed washing powder on the table top without indication and all of us mistook it as sugar. Difficulties for Grab driver to locate the Tower B2.

Just fantastic and we’ll be returning on our next day in KUALALUMPUR 👌 Host was absolutely brilliant.he took care of us right to the apartment informed us of what the rules were,etc. The views from the apartment are brilliant Just everything was perfect
