"Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel room. "

"This was my 2nd time to stay before my departure. The room has eniugh space to open my suitcase to packing. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The room we selected was a view of the Tokyo Tower (37th) floor. I was absolutely WOWed by the views. The room was clean and very spacious. From the movement you walk in the staff is very friendly. I was amazed by this place. The station is literally within walking feet from the hotel and alot of shopping and eating options within. I highly recommend this place. To make it convenient we selected the breakfast option which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge. That was 10/10. "

"Wonderful customer service! It can be a little confusing which tower you're staying in and where to check in for it, but the staff is so friendly and helpful to get you where you need to be. The room was a good size for Tokyo and there is a 7-11 adjoined to the building."

"This hotel is very well situated in the heart of Shinjuku. Although the room was very small, everything was in great shape and worming fine. Great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. There is a nice bar with a good selection of japanese whiskey. We did not eat breakfast there because of the high price. I was there for 5 nights with my wife and our son. Overall I would recommend this hotel any day."
