"Hotel centrally located to shops and restaurants within strolling distances. Glimpse of ocean view from our balcony. Staff was courteous and helpful. coffees and tea provided but no milk. Beach was within 5 minutes walk. "

"Feels very relaxed and everything is new and clean. Staff are fantastic from The pool towels to housekeeping to desk staff. Nothing feels crowded. Enough elevators. The room was huge and had two balconies. The blue V47 was a very nice perk with lattes and wide ranging breakfast and lots of food and maitais in the evening with a gorgeous view of the sunsets. "

"On our 10 day stay, we were first assigned a suite with a couple of issues (noise, inconvenient bathroom design etc -thus 4 stars instead of 5.) So we asked to change rooms. It took a couple of days but the staff was able to provide us a similar suite which suited us much better. In all, the accommodations were quite good, every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to our requests. - all excellent. "
