「Good - Checking in n out are so fast and no hassle at all. Room clean but no window at all. Aircond cold Bad - Bedsheet got stain, toilet got smell if the ventilator is not on, the pipe at the sink is wobbly and not easy to turn it on. No TV channel except YouTube movies.」

「Sehr zentral. Das Personal hat uns am nächsten Morgen ein Grab zur Busstation Kuantan organisiert. Die Fahrt (10 Ringgit) konnten wir problemlos beim Fahrer bar bezahlen.」

「The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. TV is brand new with good tv channel and radio channel. Hotel is nearby to eateries , coffee place and walking distance to bazaar ramadhan. They serve sahoor food at 12-2a'm during ramadhan. the food was delicious. 」

「The air conditioner in the room is leaking and the wash basin in the toilet is leaking. The duvet has mites that cause itchy skin and prevent restful sleep. Bugs on the floor.」
