「Staff friendly and polite. Quiet and safe. Not that much family oriented but more for adults relaxing vacation. Hardware is a bit old. Breakfast just average. Compare to the hotel in the neighborhood, this one is quiet and comfortable.」

「Though there are problems in the room like "noisy" air conditioning and water dripping, the service desk responded quickly for solution. Good service in front desk and restaurants, but there is room for improvement for those staff in the souvenir shop. Overall experience is good and its a good place for vacation.」

「Have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and found the room utilities provided are far below the standard when compared with those similar resort hotels. The existing room furniture are very old and the air conditioning is too bad to make the whole room cooling especially during the daytime. Available sockets for electricity supply are rare to find inside the room, not to mention there is any USB outlets. As a resort hotel, the basic bathroom utilities are very poor, like the bath gel and shampoo...
