Rooms are clean and comfortable, but sometimes stinkbugs may come to your room. The hotel is surrounded by nature such as forest, river, and grassland. I hope you enjoy this hotel and its hot spring."

"This hotel was a convenient distance from the railway and places to dine and buy souvenirs. There was hardly any traffic either and was placed across the road from a car rental. We found the staff to be friendly and professional and the premises to be of good quality and cleanliness but the beds were too hard for us. "

"Aesthetically absolutely beautifully designed interior, however not so functional. We stayed over the new year so it was cold/dry weather so we wish they had humidifiers. The beds are extremely comfortable unlike the beds at the major hotels so we were able to get rest well to recover from 13 hours flight. Unfortunately unlike other guests, we didn't get response from the owner quickly. We got a response 3 days after we checked out which was not a big deal anyway. "
