"What a magical experience.. we love the East village,, it’s quiet and the staff are super friendly and helpful.. from beginning to end we were satisfied with the service, food in the dining area, the bell boy service.. the excursions are in the west side but we love East side more.. we saw the Aurora 3 nights of our 4 nights stay .. and yes their aurora alarm works.. we came here not for the convenience but for the REAL igloo experience and we are glad we did it.. thank you,, our winter vacation...

"The facilities are new and very clean. Place is cozy. Check in was not easy. You must have a car to go from the place where you pick up the keys to the room. We got there late at night and picked up the keys in a green box in a parking lot. We got lost while looking for the room, road and access to the building were not clear, there was at least one foot of snow. Definitely not a walkable distance to do with luggage, children or seniors."

The price that we got already includes breakfast so it was a good deal. The cabin is perfectly located in the centre of Saariselka next to the Holiday Club Resort (where all of our booked excursions picked up from) and by the bus stop for the airport bus.
