"Overall, we had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed this property and it's amentities. Mostly, they had a dedicated room for guests with late flights to shower and freshen up prior to departing. The hotel is older like many others, and the washroom in our room was very tight but it didn't affect our stay. We would definitely recommend for its, hospitality and location."

"Most of the staff were amazing. However, the hostess at Kani Ka Pila Grille was extremely rude. She was not busy but would not even look up at us from her tablet to address us. We inquired about whether reservations were necessary, and she said “I would make reservations” but then didn’t even offer to do that for us. We chose the Monkeypod Kitchen for all of our meals, and the service and food there were amazing. I recommend avoiding Kani Ka Pila Grille."

"On our 10 day stay, we were first assigned a suite with a couple of issues (noise, inconvenient bathroom design etc -thus 4 stars instead of 5.) So we asked to change rooms. It took a couple of days but the staff was able to provide us a similar suite which suited us much better. In all, the accommodations were quite good, every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to our requests. - all excellent. "
