"This was our first time staying at a Hilton and we were really impressed. The staff was amazing to work with when we arrived. There was a line to check in, but the gal at the front counter was really professional and friendly and apologized to everyone about the wait. The girl that was working overnight was also really friendly and really helpful again, we were really impressed and will make Hilton our preferred hotel."

"The hotel staff was ready for us when we arrived and check in was seamless. When we got to our room it was warm and cozy. The staff has turned up the heat to make sure the room was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"We stayed in 5 hotels on this trip and the Comfort Inn & Suites Jerome was the best 2 star hotel we stayed in. It was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the board room offered a great place for me to take a multi-hour meeting. I would highly recommend this location. The breakfast was typical. The eggs seemed like they were powdered, but the rest of the food was sufficient to satisfy."
