「It was a one night stay prior to moving on. It was very late when we arrived as our train was delayed. We entered the building with the code - when we reached the room the code did not work. However we rang the help number , it was answered immediately & given an upgrade to a lovely suite. Everything was fine.」

We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com. 「The Jerez Hotel and Spa was fantastic. We were greeted by the friendly, helpful manager and got allocated a refurbished room which had beautiful decor, two single beds and two double beds. It was perfect for a family. The room had everything, even a small fridge and for peace of mind - a safe. The accommodation was spotless and hard to fault. Free parking was a bonus. 「整體服務其實還算不錯，但是第二天的時候防務人員收走了舊的浴巾確沒有留新的給我們，小毛巾換了但是大的卻沒有換，反應後處理也不是非常好，房間冷氣還會滴水，房務人員的素質和櫃台人員可能要加強。」
