I was told only the room across from the hot tubs (which is a source of noise since guests go in and out all the time) was available. After the next person's shift started, I asked that person. I was able to move to another room. I don't like being lied to. The next issue were the parking spots: At first I was told to park on the street (which has a 2 hour maximum). I insisted and got a spot. I am not sure why there was such reluctance on their part. On the last day (I stayed 3 nights) someone was parked in my spot. I used a different one and made the front desk aware of this. They told me they would track down (yes, they used these exact words) the person occupying my spot, and then I would have to come down and move my car. Imagine getting a call from the front desk at 8 pm (after your settled in, have taken a shower, and are in your jammies) to move your car - and by the way, it was 15F outside. That didn't happen - I told them I wasn't going to move my car late at night. I would not rent a room at this hotel again.
