"We needed a room for one night after some last minute changes, and the price is what drew us in. The decor is on the older side, but charmingly so, and the staff was very kind! They showed us the closest parking spaces to our room, and even walked us to it from the lobby so we wouldn't have to carry our bags all the way around the building. The rooms were clean and smelled nice, and breakfast is only $5. I'm happy to stay here again if I ever find myself in Jacksonville. "

"Not the easiest accessibility wise. Beautiful hotel but difficult to traverse with a physical disability. The parking is “far away” across from the hotel and not much parking, to be honest. I just needed a layover time to sleep and the beds were kind of rough, very firm but not terrible. It wasn’t all horrible, it was a very clean hotel with very clean rooms. It was just an accessible nightmare."
