"Although the property appears a little "rustic" on the outside, the rooms are excellent with new bathrooms and VERY clean throughout. The manager was outstanding. My partner has RA, so walking up stairs is a problem. Initially we had a second floor room but when a first floor room was available the next morning she immediately moved us to the first floor. "

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and looked like the picture. We stayed in the Broadway building. The challenge is that the building is withing 10 feet of the busy street, Broadway. They provided a white sound device which helped us get to sleep, but during the winter there is snow, which requires snow removal on busy streets. That mean noise equipment at 4 AM. I highly recommend the Huff house, but would suggest the cabins or main house over the Broadway."

"Check was a little bit of an issue and my husband and I had to come back 3 time to finally get checked in. We had a VIP room, which was just a view of the mountain. No microwave in the room. The Hot tube amenity was a flop as the jets barely came on and the water leave seemed low. There was another hotel that had kitchens and views of the Elk refuge that was cheaper. The grounds of the resort seemed to need some clean up, but maybe it was the season. None of the fire pit were kept up except...

"We really enjoyed staying here, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! Room was small but had everything we needed. The only complaint I could come up with is the trash truck coming at 6 am everyday haha but that’s obviously not anything to do with the hotel. Staff was nice, coffee was great, ate at Glorietta across the parking lot and it was incredible. Would stay again."

"This is a great option for a no frills place to stay. The beds are comfortable, they have lockable drawers for your belongings, free regular coffee in themorning, it’s next to a public transportation stop, and the location cannot be beat. I marked it down a star for cleanliness because they could stand to vacuum around the mattresses, the floor in some of the bathroom stalls needed attention, and the sinks sometimes filled up and there wasn’t a lever to drain them. "
