"Great little family run hotel. Close to Ito town and seafront. Bit of a climb up the hill, but worth it for the view! The food was amazing - great, hearty Japanese style breakfast and evening meals were also fantastic - fresh fish and seafood, cooked to perfection. The room was comfortable and clean with an awesome view out over the town and ocean. "チェックアウト時フロントの担当者の対応は最低なものでした。 クレジットカードの使い方が分からず何度も機械に挿し直したり、あげく地面に落としたり。 その上、ようやく会計が終わったかと思ったら、別のお客様の明細で会計してしまったため、もう一度初めからやり直させてくださいと言われました。 結局チェックアウトに30分程度かかってしまい、大迷惑です。 あまり悪びれた様子もなく、またのお越しをお待ちしております。の一言。 もう二度と行きません。"
