"We arrived at 1 o’clock exhausted from traveling and asked if we could get an early check in. They don’t normally give them. I said we were really tired and now offered to pay an additional fee for the early check-in. She said OK she checked me in and didn’t charge me any additional fee. Her energy was so bright and cheery, and her smile was so inviting. I will definitely stay there again."

"SUPER recommend staying here for a cheap option in Chicago! As a solo female traveler I stayed in the single room w/attached half-bath. It was clean and quiet and I felt totally safe. There's even free breakfast here! It is about a 12-min walk from the Fullerton station (Red, Brown, and Purple lines), which is a bit far out of the city center, but the location is more than worth it for the price."

"We stayed at Level the night before and after our Chicago City Hall wedding, and we had an amazing time. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They heard that we were getting married and sent champagne up to our room. It’s the small details that made our stay amazing. We didn’t bring our dog, but we loved that it is a pet friendly building.
