"This property was very convenient in Corso Como area. The unit itself was very minimalist, which is fine, but lacking in things like bedside lamp/table and the bath tub needed a good scrubbing to get the mildew out. It worked, but would not stay again. "

It's quite close to the sea (20 minutes by car) and not too distant from Matera (40 minutes) and the abandoned village of Craco. "We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"Location was good. Not suitable for anyone who can’t climb 10 flights of stairs. Mold in the bathroom and water damage through out. Furnishings not good quality . Hadn’t been cleaned and had an ant infestation. Wouldn’t give a refund and left early. "
