"Great hotel, with a very friendly staff. Only recommendation is that they should heat the rooftop pool, as it was quite cold. Also should have blow dryers in the room. We asked, but it was never brought over to us. Other than that, a great experience all around!"

"I enjoyed the location of this hotel, very walkable to downtown but just far enough to be quiet from the downtown parties. The only slight downfall for the hotel is kids noise level in the morning at the pool. Our room was very close to the pool and it sounded like they were in our room."

"We had a 7 night stay here (first time in Holbox) and the Superior beach front, second floor has a stunning view of the ocean and grounds. Beautiful grounds with a rustic vibe. The room was spacious and had a great shower and ample closets. Bed was comfortable but linens were a bit scratchy. Definitely rustic and we loved it—but you need to be okay with a glamping experience. "This property is located in the quieter part of Isla Holbox. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown while staying in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants around the block, and the beach is a few blocks away. We'd recommend."
