「Pictures look better than the actual place. Location was great! But the noise situation was out of hand. Too loud in the morning -we were right next to reception and the music playing in the morning at 7:30 am was unnecessary. I’m Not sure what happened, but we all left with bug bites- either Bed bugs or spiders… 」

「Nous avons trouvé portes closes lorsque nous nous sommes présentés à 19h à l’hôtel Villas Las Delfines à Holbox. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés sans hébergement nous et nos enfants (7 et 9 ans), sans support (pas de réponse Expédia à 19h heure México / 2h Paris) et avons donc eu droit à de bonnes heures de stress et de galère. J’ai réservé cet hôtel sur Expédia le 17 juin 2018. Renseignements pris auprès des hôtels voisins , Il est fermé et à l’abandon depuis plus d’un mois. J’aI...

「Es un hotel muy bonito rodeado de naturaleza, cuidan mucho cada detalle en el hotel, volviéndolo una experiencia inolvidable. Sus alimentos y bebidas son de primera, no dan ganas de salir. Está un poco retirado del pueblo, pero está tan bonito que ni ganas de salir dan. 」

「There were a few things that seemed petty and inconvenient there. Minor issues, the trip was overall amazing and the staff was very friendly. The two things that just seemed annoying was: 1. We went to go and rent bikes, the lady got them all un strapped etc. and then informed us, it was only 8:30AM and that they could not let us take them until 9AM. She had gone through the trouble of checking them out per paperwork and unhooked all that bikes, but couldn't let them go 30 mins early. The day...
