"Amazing staff and greeting. Loved the more casual vibe and the desk staff were amazing. Disappointed that the rooftop bar was not open as we had booked the hotel specifically and were told when we checked in that it would be open. The cocktails were amazing and loved the teacup coming from England! Booked the Yurt for dinner and a great experience. Unfortunately the room was dusty and I drew a smiley face so the cleaner would notice the dust. However I believe that people make places and for this you would get the gold award."

"Rooms was not cleaned properly, only made beds I don’t think they even changed bed sheets, rooms have carpets, not once they hoovered and cleaned toilet or basin area "
