「Excellent hotel, super clean, super friendly reception staff. A place to enjoy sun, sand, and gold! I loved it. I recommend tennis because you walk a lot, everything is close but you walk a little because the view and the places are beautiful 💜 」

「The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. 」

「My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. The man at the desk was sympathetic but obviously not able to override his boss. Eventually a man came and broke the door and the frame to get her out. Whilst we was given a...

So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」
