Great service and food.
Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are open on what days! You can exchange currency to Egyptian Pounds in the machines within the hotel, however, if you want smaller denominations to give to the employees as tips, don't expect anyone at the hotel to help. Their answer was: "we don't keep any local Egyptian currency"!!!
Everyone else at the hotel were Outstanding. Huge Thank You to:
Sveltana (Customer Service Manager) who works long hours and is always willing to help with any questions/requests.
Hashim (Restaurant Manager) - went above and beyond from day 1. Thank you for everything you did for us.
Mustafa (Head Chef) and Rajendra (chef at Indian restaurant): thank you for being so helpful and accommodating by making vegetarian dishes for us.
Raj, the veg food you made was outstanding :-)
Naglaa - always has a smile on her face and greets everyone with a warm welcome.
Karim (manages poolside area) - you are constantly busy, always happy and always willing to help everyone.
