"This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Perfect for staying overnight if you have a VanAndel event to go. Its right across the street! Two bars/restaurants at ground level have great options. The parking garage connected to the hotel will get full on a weekend by 5pm, so keep that in mind. The rooms are so clean and modern and the beds are very comfortable. Although the outside noises weren’t too disturbing, the only request I would have is to place white noise machines in the room. "

"Best time I had with a friend even though we kept getting lost in hotel lol. Room service was wonderful for myself but not so much for my friend. The middle of her pizza was soggy and all she really ate was the crust. Everything was very tidy and employees friendly"

"Our favorite place to stay! There is a skywalk taking you directly to Van Andel! The bistro in the hotel serves Starbucks and great food! Lots of attractions within walking distance! Customer Service is top notch!"

"The rooms were huge, everything you could need in the kitchen. Breakfast had many options and choices, some of which I’ve never seen offered as a free breakfast before. (Overnight oats and chia) The staff was all wonderful and kind. Only things were the floors were so creaky in the hallways and the lobby. But it is original hardwood flooring and is absolutely beautiful. So well worth the squeaks. Parking is 35 dollars a day, but honestly the convenience of the parking garage and location make up for it. We stayed here for a show at Van Andel and the walk was quick and easy. Recommend and will be staying again. "

"Everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious & had a variety of hot food and healthy options. The entire property and area was so clean. My room was impeccable. I stayed here after a concert at the Van Andel Arena & would do so again. "
