"Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Die Betten bequem und es hatte einen Balkon. Der Zugang zu der Therme Bad Zurzach war toll und der eigentliche Grund für unseren Aufenthalt, wir konnten uns entspannen und erholen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Abendessen war gut aber zu teuer, da hat für uns das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt."

The “Emergency” telephone, advertised in large font outside the entrance, was nothing but an automated answer phone. No use at all. After one hour we gave up and set off in search of an alternative. We have still (2 days later) received no apology and no reply to e-mails. In short, this place is a disgrace."
