"The house was well cleaned and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast service was family style with sufficient place settings. The food was phenomenal. The room had separate sleeping and sitting areas; the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well designed with modern versions of antique features. Only shortcoming was ceiling fan that wobbled when running. We would definitely consider another stay in the future. "

"Highly recommend Osceola Mill House BnB - we stayed in the two-bedroom suite and it was not only immaculate, but super comfy mattresses, and tastefully decorated. The entire BnB felt warm and welcoming, absolutely spotless, and our hosts Erica and Christopher could not have been more friendly. Our breakfast was delicious - and included fresh baked bread and locally sourced foods. You will love your stay here!"

"Pam and Dallas were incredibly welcoming and kind. Check-in with Pam was easy as can be and a couple of accommodation requests that we had (a bucket of ise for champagne, and a couple decks of cards) were promptly delivered tom our room by Dallas. Our room was neat, warm, and cozy. Exactly what we needed on a late January trip. Pam's breakfast was incredible, featuring eggs Florentine, sausage, mixed berried and yogurt, and the most amazing orange muffins. We will definitively be coming back...

"What a fabulous B&B! The hosts are delightful, respectful, and very sweet. The location was perfect for us, between Lancaster and Lititz, and away from the crazy touristy corridors. The house is immaculate! The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, peaceful, well appointed! We wanted for nothing. Every need was anticipated and prepared for. Our room, Witmer, was quite comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The house is gorgeous and was decorated for the holidays so beautifully and tastefully!...
