"Staff was excellent. Unfortunately we were not notified that half the pools were under construction until the day we arrived. The pool and slides that were open were fun, but much more limited than I expected from the pictures I saw at booking. The room was nice at first glance but super shoddy upon further inspection. There were gaps between the flooring and walls and flooring and thresholds that varied from a few centimeters to nearly an inch. "

"Its been like 2 years in a row that we went to enjoy the new year eve celebrations for free, but this last time the hotel was changed 100 dollars for guess ( we didn’t receive any information about it) so it’s not convenient anymore to stay in the hotel. We’re from miami and we traveled just for the convenience of having the party in the same location as where we were staying. "For the 4 days i stayed it was really nice. The staff was nice and were able to answer any question i had. The room was well prepared and clean. I will definitely be returning."

"Got in around 9am on a Saturday and surprisingly they had a room available. Upon check in they gave us 2 free breakfast buffet coupons. Staff texted me throughout our stay to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Fantastic stay and close and walking distance to Sea World and Aquatica! My son and I will definitely be back! "
