"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "Conveniently located at the area where the Chinese and Asian restaurants are in Brooklyn. Very close to 8th Avenue subway station. The room is clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is simple and yet there's always a staff member to attend to the needs such as refilling coffee and pastries. "
