The over all attitude of the staff member with his child running around was was not good either. I came back and upon check in by the same person I was told they will not accept the card I made the booking with because...

"We stayed here to go to Universal Studios, and it was perfect. A 12-minute uber to the park was convenient, and the price matched how much time we spent in our room. It’s clean, the staff are very friendly, and it has everything you need. There are a couple restaurants nearby, but it’s limited. The one in the hotel is 21 , which isn’t great for families. I would definitely stay there again, although I did miss having in-room coffee to start my day."
