Beforehand I called if I could leave my luggage at the hotel as I arrived in LA early, upon arrival I was told they will not hold my luggage. The over all attitude of the staff member with his child running around was was not good either. I came back and upon check in by the same person I was told they will not accept the card I made the booking with because...

"Great value for the price! Stayed there with our two 13 yo daughters. Felt safe. Parking was convenient. Near some cool attractions. Walkable to public transportation. Staff was super friendly & the breakfast guy was great! Definitely recommend. It’s West Hollywood so you’re going to see homeless people & garbage while walking around but for the price, you can’t beat it. "
