"I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "

"Finding the office to check in was simple, contrary to other reviews - I had no trouble. There are three flights of stairs that are unfriendly to wheeled luggage. No problem leaving my luggage at 9am after disembarking my cruise, but I was told although the apartment was not ready (understandable at that time) they would contact me when it was, so I could move in early. "It’s a really nice camping sight with a fun playground for kids. The apartment was spacious and clean with enough beds for all of us and a nice bathroom. If you have small kids, we recommend this space. We didn’t visit the surrounding places but we did use it as a home base for our trips into Sweden. "

"This property sits in such a nice place close to the Parliament and central to the city. That made it very easy to catch transportation wherever you wanted to go. We were given a street side room and although there was a lot happening all hours of day - it was quiet in room. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff was so pleasant to work with. We arrived early hoping we could leave our luggage and come back, and they were able to give us our room. We would certainly return. "

Great for the price, amazing location.

"15 seconds to check in at a kiosk, and no useless request to show a passport. Still, I think a human staff person nearby is warranted. Nice room and bed but note there are no cups nor glasses provided, to drink from. At least there is a hair dryer in the bathroom."
