「Excellent and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Staff are so nice. Just next to the main road in Girafu. 2-minute-walk to ski shuttle bus stop and 5-minute-walk to convenient shop. It is so convenient that many restaurants and shops nearby. We didn’t drive this time and we took ski bus from CTS airport. The Freshwater provided compliment shuttle from & to Girafu welcome centre on arrival and departure date. We will stay here again when we go to Niseko next time. 👍」

「Wonderful property to stay at. It was nice and warm with plenty of storage including a drying room for ski's and snowboards and gear. A car is needed as public transport is not regular. Will definitely stay here again.」

「This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake. We would love to...
