"Consider how dirty and unpleasant most of the hotels in Brooklyn are, this one is neat and clean, but still not cheap for that kind of hotel. Rooms are very small, safe is not available. Refrigerator is for 1 plate, 3 cans. Front desk was extremely unexperienced, took a while to check us in, but overall all good. If you have a car, you should be ok. Don't count to get to public transit from this location"

"Overall it was a good experience. However, I expect pillows to be king sized when i'm in a king sized bed. these were smaller than standard. The bed was a bit hard for my liking and i thought it was strange that the light switch for the bathroom wasn't inside the bathroom, but it was OUTSIDE the bathroom door ON THE SIDE THAT IS HINGED! Typically it should be located on the other side of the door OR INSIDE the bathroom. We kept opening the door first, then realizing the switch wasn't inside the...

"Property overall was nice. I liked how modern it was. We stayed the weekend before Christmas and it was nice because it was far enough to be away from crowds and close enough to just hop on the subway. Only 2 complaints. 1) there’s no bathroom or shower door so make sure u real comfortable with the person ur traveling with. There’s 0 privacy when it comes to using the restroom and shower so beware. 2) our water heater broke in the room so we took cold showers one night. Once we did speak to someone they fixed it immediately so really not a big complaint in this one. Just never happened to me before "
