「I used this as a stop-off, due to a long journey from further up in The Highlands. The room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. Good value for money and I will definitely use this again, if it's a logical base for my journey. 」

「The hotel is located within some outstanding scenery with Loch Alvie literally on your doorstep. We were all made to feel welcome, including Dizzy the dog , and the chefs produced some delicious food as we sat near a blazing log fire. Room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. The only grumble we would have is that we were charged for our dog's stay on a nightly basis, to cover additional cleaning, as opposed to per visit, you would only clean the room once even after 2 nights stay.」

「it was brilliant to stay in the wee hut. It was very charming, clean and cozy for myself and my better half. The owners were very helpful and friendly and gave us good local knowledge about good pubs and lovely walks to take. The optional breakfast was fantastic and they were able to accommodate to our dietary needs.」

「Had a lovely two night stay. The corner bath was a deciding factor when deciding where to stay. We found the place to be clean and although we didn’t see staff we also didn’t have a need to see them. The key lock was easy to use to collect the key and return it. They were aware of my wife’s dietary needs as we had enquired about places to eat. When we arrived along with the usual tea/coffee biscuit were some harribo which felt like they cared enough to look into alternatives for gluten free....

「Only stayed for three nights, but thought it was a lovely place. The room decor is very modern/contemporary, which is what I like. Bed and bedding was comfortable, but was only a small double bed, presumably because the room was quite small. We will stay again , but will book a bigger room next time.」

「Had a lovely 2 night stay in the Cairngorm Suite with my husband and 2 kids (5years & 4 months old). Firstly the location was perfect and in walking distance to countless pubs, restaurants, shops etc. The room itself was beautiful and the bedroom especially was incredibly spacious. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding/duvets etc all felt really good quality. Bathroom was spotless, the shower wasnt very powerful but thats being pernickety. Plenty of storage space throughout the suite...
