"The staff here was outstanding. We loved the room, especially the window seat. The year-round pool complex is so fun and it was fun to swim in a pool and hot tub in a snow storm. There was an issue with an alarm during the night and the hotel was quick to make it right for us in a way that we were happy with. The restaurant was also delicious. "
