"This is our second time staying at Carlsbad Inn at one of the King Suites and we love this property because it is very family-friendly with a fully stocked kitchenette and clean, accessible pools/firepits/BBQs. You are in the middle of Carlsbad Village and can walk to a large number of restaurants, stores, and bars, as well as having walkable access to the beach. "We love coming here. We always get a room with a kitchen and it’s fully stocked with good quality kitchen wares. The beach is a like 5-10 minute walk and you can borrow beach chairs, towels, wagon, and sand toys. There’s plenty to keep us busy with the beach, pool, mini golf, gym, and arcade. There is construction going on around the property and we could hear the noise from it during the day but it wasn’t bad and it didn’t start too early. Parking is a breeze. And the price is great.
