"Conveniently located next to Nohi bus terminal (which is right next to Takayama Station), transportation is a short walk away. There is a Family Mart within eyesight (2 minute walk). Since we arrived before check-in, they graciously held our luggage while we explored the area. Check-in was seamless and they provided one key with wooden charm. The building and rooms were really like studio apartments; the overall space was huge (comparing by Tokyo standards, with full size refrigerator, full kitchen (with some utensils, bowls, plates), separate toilet from shower, seating area, and balcony with space for drying laundry. Speaking of laundry, the in-room combination washer/dryer included two laundry pods; our wash/dry cycle took about 4 hours. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here. I wish we had more time in Takayama to enjoy the room even more!"

"Area a bit of out of the main dining options. Its ok though as its nice to walk and explore. Room was massive and clean. Breakfast was good. Private onsen also good. "

"Location: 8-9 mins from the station so an easy walk. Staff: they were friendly and helpful. Hotel: clean, and has everything you need for a nice stay. It has an artificial onsen (spa) separate for men and women. Note coin laundries are located within the spa change area. Con: no signage at all for the coin laundry which others staying also struggled to find. Information is available via the room tv but you’ve really got to go through it to find that location info. Room: typical style for this chain hotel. Clean, fresh, with bathroom and shower unit. These rooms are the typical size which is fine.bed was comfortable. Water pressure is low but maybe a water saving thing which is fine, wasn’t a big deal. Room temperature is controlled centrally within the hotel, limited room control on it meaning you can’t change temperature, open a window if you need. We all feel temperature different so it was fine but I do prefer the option of how I like the temperature Food etc was all about 5 mins away. Plenty around the train station for people to enjoy. Toyama is really pretty. It’s surrounded by high mountains that were covered in snow and just looked so beautiful. I hope to get back and explore Toyama more in the future."

"Nice and comfortable with good rooftop onsen. Walkable to old town but be aware of opening and closing times of shops etc as most open and close early! "
