"The room was nice & clean & check in was easy. GPS doesn’t take you to actual location ( down the street) . Housekeeping did not come on my second day to freshen the room. I also booked this resort because it had a restaurant but it was not open either night for dinner so I had to drive to town."

"So that I don’t forget, this place has heated bathroom floors in the rooms! Though the Ha Hotel in Mostar, Bosnia/Herzegovena would appear to be a budget hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is exceptional. We needed to have laundry done even though we weee there only one day. The front desk arranged for us to receive same day service and had it back before we needed to check out! "The location was excellent. Had a view of the Crooked bridge from my window. Free parking on the premises was a huge bonus considering the parking situation in old Mostar. A couple minute walk to everything in the Old center. The owners were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a little musty smelling when we got there but was cleaned up by the cleaning person. Good stay -would go there again."

"There was an issue with the booking, but not the owners fault. It was the websites issue. The owner was very kind. He upgraded my room to a different location. The place was fabulous. No complaints. The host was amazing as well as the accommodations conveniently located to anything you needed would love to stay there again."
