"The last day of my stay, a guy with a huge balloon in the shape of a rat was making a lot of noise with a speaker at the main door of the hotel, something very unpleasant. I don't understand why the hotel allowed that."

This is a wonderful centralized location in Chicago close to everything we had planned, and within easy walking distance from the airport blue line. We are sold on Virgin properties now and will be looking to stay there at every opportunity. "

"Great stay in the West Loop with convenient access to many great restaurants and shops. A good alternative to staying in the loop or River North. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, aside from the noisy HVAC. Adjusting or turning off the thermostat would avoid this issue. The room was small, but cozy; not a problem since I was only here for one night."
