「This place seemed very understaffed. People were nice enough WHEN you could find them... And they ran out of towels at the pool, at which point we were told there were no more towels to be had... period. Not good. Additionally, the heat and air took a while to get going. The pool was nice and hot but the hot tub was actually frigid, even when it was left on for a while. Needs more staff to keep up with things. 」

「It was a little hard to find but we had a nice clean room. I booked online and there was no wait. There were fast food places nearby. The breakfast had a good choice of items. We loaded our stuff in the morning and went back to check the room when the desk clerk flagged me down and asked if I’d left my phone. The cleaning gal had found it and reported it to her.
