"This hotel is located about 10 minute walk from JR Nagoya/Shinkansen Station and subways. It is a transport hub, however it is not in the downtown area which is 20 minute walk or 2 train stops away. It is also right next to a construction site so the outlook isn’t good but surprisingly the noise is blocked off and we hardly heard any noise during our stay. The hotel in general is comfortable and clean and the breakfast is good too."

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."
