「Good: The room is big relative to its price. The bed is comfortable. The price is cheap. Bad: The key doesn't function well and it is hard to open the door. There is no fan or air conditioner. The area is unsafe. Toilet is smelly when I move in and I have to wash myself. There is no house keeping. It is also a pub so it is noisy at night. It closes at 11pm on weekdays but not sure about weekend. It is better to check yourself if you want to live on weekend.」

「During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable. Fortunately, in the last 2 days, one of the night staff provided a portable heater to us. No apology was received from the hotel so...

「Loved the amount of windows in the room. The room was clean and tidy. Was disappointed with the state of the hall carpet. This is your first impression and wasn't good. Also had to wait a while for reception staff to appear although they were very nice and extremely helpful when they came. 」
